They can also assist with further details on the events. Dates are for year 2006 unless otherwise specifically indicated. Also included are those future events known to this office.National and Regional Public holidays are set by the Spanish Parliament during the last term of the preceding year. Local events calendars and programmes are established by the cultural departments of the relevant councils and are not usually published until quite near the time of the celebrations.
